You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

· In original packaging
· Not damaged or altered
· Suitable for resale
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
How to Request a Return
1. Email our support team at support@deerlight.net with your order number.
2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and the return shipping cost amount.
3. Please use the provided label to ship the item back.
4. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
